Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Airdoc-B) disclosed that it repurchased 9,000 H shares on 21 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Pricing and consideration: Shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 9.51 to HKD 9.60, with a total outlay of HKD 0.09 million, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.56 per share.

• Impact on share capital: The repurchase reduced the company’s outstanding H-share count by 0.009% to 100.72 million. Including treasury shares, total issued shares remained unchanged at 103.57 million, while treasury holdings increased to 2.85 million shares.

• Mandate utilisation: The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises Airdoc-B to repurchase up to 10.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 662,400 shares, representing 0.65% of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving roughly 9.48 million shares available for further repurchase.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Airdoc-B is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 21 October 2026.

All transactions were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rules, and the board has confirmed receipt of all consideration related to the repurchase.
