Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. disclosed a share repurchase on 18 September 2026, buying back 65,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$37.00 to HK$37.58. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HK$37.32, resulting in a total outlay of about HK$2.43 million.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0211% to 308.24 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.98 million. The company’s overall issued share capital remains at 310.22 million shares.
The buyback was executed under the mandate granted by shareholders on 13 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 31.02 million shares. Cumulative buybacks since the mandate now total 1.98 million shares, equivalent to 0.64% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Muyuan Foods is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 18 October 2026.
Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules, regulatory requirements and the terms of the shareholder mandate.
