中国冶金科工股份有限公司于2026年2月11日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日分别在香港联交所回购H股670,000股，每股价格介乎港币1.84元至1.87元，总金额约港币124.71万元；并在上海证券交易所回购A股1,621,700股，每股价格介乎人民币3.03元至3.05元，总金额约人民币494.20万元。
根据公告，前述回购尚未办理注销手续，变动后公司H股已发行股本维持在2,871,000,000股，A股已发行股本保持17,852,619,170股。公司指2026年1月16日通过的回购授权规模为2.871亿股H股，至今累计已回购19,400,000股H股，约占授权通过时已发行股份总数的0.67572%。公告亦确认公司相关回购及披露程序已符合上市规则和有关法律规定。
本公告由公司联席公司秘书常琦签署。公司强调，所有回购均依据董事会正式授权且遵守相关法规要求。
