2026年5月27日，广州遇见小麵餐飲股份有限公司（02408，简称“遇见小面”）发布翌日披露报表，公告公司当日在香港联交所场内回购443,000股H股股份。
本次回购股份数量约占公司于购回前已发行股本的0.0623%，回购价格介乎每股3.98港元至4.08港元，总金额约178.08万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为710,689,300股，库藏股数量为零。
公告显示，购回授权由公司于2026年1月26日通过，授权额度为71,068,930股。截至目前，公司已累计回购10,065,500股股份，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约1.4163%。
公司确认，所有回购行为均符合香港联交所证券上市规则及适用法律法规的要求，并完成相关申报与审批程序。
