Qingling Motors Reports No Change in Share Capital for September 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Qingling Motors Co. Ltd. (Qingling Motors) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable share structure and continued adherence to public float requirements.

The company reported no movement in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month. Authorised capital stood unchanged at 2.48 billion shares, split between 1.24 billion domestic shares with a par value of RMB 1 each and 1.24 billion H shares of the same par value.

Issued shares mirrored the authorised totals. Domestic shares remained at 1.24 billion and H shares at 1.24 billion, leaving Qingling’s total issued share count at 2.48 billion. The company held no treasury shares at month-end, and there were no increases, decreases, repurchases, cancellations or redemptions recorded.

Qingling Motors reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments under any scheme or agreement, signalling a straightforward capital structure with no impending dilution risks.

The company confirmed that its H-share public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25 percent of issued shares. The declaration was authorised by Director and Company Secretary Ms. Song Xiumin and submitted on 30 September 2026.
