加科思药业集团有限公司（股票代码：01167，简称“加科思-B”）于2026年6月12日进行股份回购，回购数量为6.81万股普通股，约占当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）0.00869%。
本次回购在香港联交所场内进行，每股回购价格在4.60港元至4.63港元之间，总共支付约31.40万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持791,755,080股，其中783,629,580股为已发行股份，另有8,125,500股作为库存股份持有。
公司披露，本次回购所依据的回购授权于2026年6月5日获股东大会通过，可回购股份数量上限为78,372,528股。截至公告日，按照回购授权已于联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购95,700股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.01221%。
