Longfor Group Holdings Limited has reshaped its senior leadership effective 28 August 2026. Executive Director Shen Ying resigned from the Board as well as from the Remuneration Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee owing to internal work-flow adjustments. Shen will continue to serve as the Group’s Human Resources General Manager and Chairperson of Longfor Foundation.

Commercial real-estate veteran Bao Wei, aged 45, has been appointed as an Executive Director on the same date. Bao, who joined Longfor in 2023 and currently leads the Commercial Investment Business Division, brings more than two decades of sector experience. His prior roles include Regional General Manager of Commercial Real Estate at China Resources Land Limited.

Under a newly signed director service contract, Bao will not receive a director’s fee but will be paid an annual base salary of RMB 7.00 million and a discretionary bonus. He holds personal interests in 286,001 Longfor shares and 1.50 million unvested restricted shares under the company’s share award scheme.

With this appointment, the Board now comprises nine directors: four executive directors (Chairman Chen Xuping, Zhao Yi, Zhang Xuzhong, and Bao Wei), one non-executive director (Sun Jiahui) and four independent non-executive directors (Frederick Peter Churchouse, Chan Chi On, Derek, Xiang Bing, and Leong Chong). The Board expressed appreciation for Shen Ying’s contributions and formally welcomed Bao Wei to his new role.
