OIWAHPAWN (01319) announced that Mr. Ng Shiu Hong has resigned as the company's non-executive director, effective from November 30, 2025, to focus more on other personal commitments. Ms. Mak Siu Yee has been appointed as the new non-executive director, effective from December 1, 2025.
