中深建业控股有限公司（股票代码：02503，主要在香港联交所上市）于最新公告中表示，将在即将召开的股东周年大会上提呈议案，授权董事会在联交所购回最多不超过公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数10%的股份。根据公告披露，截至最后可行日期，公司已发行股本合计约11.44亿股，授权规模相当于约1.14亿股。
