在代扣所得税方面，非居民企业股东（即非中国内地登记地址），包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司等名义登记的H股持有人，将被视为非居民企业股东，公司将代扣代缴10%企业所得税后派发末期股息。向个人股东派息时，将按10%或20%税率扣缴个人所得税，但税务法规、相关税收协定另有规定的，从其规定办理。
