Kingworld released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report covering 1 January–31 December 2025. The Board reviewed the document twice during the year and retains ultimate responsibility for ESG oversight, supported by a three-tier governance framework comprising an ESG Working Committee and Working Group.

Environmental indicators showed year-on-year improvements across key areas. Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions fell 4.4 % to 1,967 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, while non-hazardous waste dropped 3.4 % to 61.50 tonnes and hazardous waste edged down 2.2 % to 0.27 tonnes. The company has set a minimum 5 % annual reduction target for exhaust gases, wastewater, hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste. Electricity consumption reached 2.38 million kWh and water use totalled 17,120 m³; both metrics declined versus 2024 as production volumes eased. Packaging-material use stood at 161 tonnes. Kingworld reported no significant environmental breaches and holds a Guangdong Pollutant Discharge Permit.

The workforce totalled 732 employees at year-end, with women representing 52.2 % of staff. Employee turnover in Mainland China was 25.8 %. No work-related fatalities or lost-time injuries occurred during the past three years. Training coverage reached 83.5 % of employees, who completed an average of about 20 hours each.

Supply-chain oversight spans 198 suppliers (165 in Mainland China, 33 overseas), all subject to qualification reviews and integrity undertakings. No product recalls or customer complaints were recorded, and the group maintained zero corruption cases.

Community investment amounted to RMB7.85 million, directed toward flood-relief contributions, medical equipment donations, educational facilities and health-focused public events. Kingworld received multiple social-responsibility accolades, including Gelonghui’s Corporate Social Responsibility Award of the Year.

The report reaffirms Kingworld’s target of becoming a world-class pharmaceutical and health-products supplier while embedding sustainability and stakeholder engagement into operations, risk management and long-term strategy.
