2026年6月2日，连连数字科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02598）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购H股23万股，约占前一交易日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）的0.0527%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币5.09元至5.21元，总对价约118.71万港元，成交量加权平均回购价为每股5.1611港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数量变动为436,450,264股，库藏股增加至31,770,000股，已发行股份总数保持在468,220,264股。依据股东于2025年6月6日通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为41,789,776股，截至目前已在香港联交所累计回购30,999,000股，约占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的7.4178%。
公司表示，此次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书许叶丹签署。
