渣打集团(02888)于2026年4月1日发布公告称，基于2025年5月8日获得的股份回购授权，公司于2026年3月31日通过伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购普通股984,000股，占当日已发行股本约0.044%。每股价格介乎英镑15.38至15.75，平均价格约英镑15.59，合计付出约英镑15,341,737.64（折合约1,534.17万英镑）。
公告显示，公司此前于2026年3月23日至3月27日间回购并注销4,791,554股普通股；截至2026年3月31日，已发行股本总数为2,234,136,574股，库藏股结存为零。公司确认本次交易已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
据公告披露，上述股份回购授权于2025年5月8日在股东大会上获得通过。公告由助理公司秘书黄蓉签署。
