Modern Healthcare announces online release of 2025/26 Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice; outlines options for printed copies

Modern Healthcare Technology Holdings Limited (“Modern Healthcare”) issued a shareholder notification on 27 July 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report, related Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on the company’s website (https://www.modernhealthcaretech.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges investors to access the online versions. Non-registered holders who experience difficulties with email alerts or website access can obtain free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by signing and returning the accompanying request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 919-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors preferring electronic delivery must supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries holding their shares. Until such address is provided, Modern Healthcare will continue to send only paper notices of publication.
