中远海运发展股份有限公司（以下简称“中远海发”，股票代码：02866）于2026年5月27日发布翌日披露报表，公告其于香港联交所及上海证券交易所分别实施H股与A股回购，共计回购股份150万股。
其中，回购H股数量为100万股，占公司H股已发行股份的约0.02902%，每股回购价介乎0.9999港元至1港元，总耗资约99.99万港元；A股部分回购50万股，占公司A股已发行股份约0.00513%，每股回购价格2.52元人民币，合计使用资金约126.00万人民币。本次回购后，公司于香港联交所上市的H股已发行股本维持3,445,672,000股，A股已发行股本维持9,751,983,820股。
公告显示，公司H股购回授权决议于2025年6月26日获通过，可回购H股总数为344,567,200股，累积已回购20,589,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份约0.59753%。公司确认，本次回购均已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规，相关股份目前尚未完成注销。
