本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)降至210,909,616股，库藏股增至7,006,500股，总已发行股本仍为217,916,116股。此次回购基于2025年6月25日通过的购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为21,739,953股，截至本次回购已回购6,674,950股，占授权通过当日已发行股本(不包括库藏股)约3.0704%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
