ESTUN AUTOMATION CO., LTD (ESTUN) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming no changes in either its H-share or A-share structure during the month.

Authorised / Registered Capital • H shares: 96.78 million shares at RMB 1 par value; unchanged from March. • A shares: 871.02 million shares at RMB 1 par value; unchanged from March. • Combined authorised share capital: RMB 967.80 million.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued H shares remained at 96.78 million, with zero treasury shares. • Issued A shares stood at 871.02 million, also with zero treasury shares. • ESTUN confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum 5% public-float requirement for its H-share class.

Share-Based Incentives • Under the 2025 Share Option Scheme, 3.32 million options were outstanding at month-end, identical to the opening balance. • No option exercises occurred; consequently, there were no new share issuances or treasury share transfers linked to the scheme.

Capital Movements • The filing records no warrants, convertibles, other equity-linked instruments, or additional capital actions during April. • Total issued share capital and treasury share counts were unchanged throughout the month.

Compliance Statement The company’s Joint Company Secretary, Xiao Tingting, affirmed that all securities-related activities complied with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
