GUDOU HLDGS (08308) announced that all preconditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled and completed on August 18, 2025. A total of 120 million shares, representing approximately 8.79% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the issuance and allotment of the subscription shares, have been successfully issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.058 per share.
