HK Robotics Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form; Shareholders Urged to Opt for Online Access

Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited released its 2025/26 Annual Report together with the accompanying Circular and Proxy Form on 16 July 2026. The documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.hkrobotics.ai) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, led by Executive Director Mr Li Haitao, recommends shareholders review the digital versions to ensure prompt access and support environmental objectives.

Key operational details: • If a shareholder has already chosen to receive printed copies, hard-copy packages have been dispatched. • Holders preferring physical documents—or experiencing difficulty accessing the online files—can request free printed copies by completing the enclosed Reply Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 370-ecom@vistra.com. Prepaid mailing labels are provided for Hong Kong-based shareholders. • Shareholders are responsible for supplying and updating a valid e-mail address. Without a functional address on record, the company will send future Notices of Publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
