Harbour Digital Asset Capital Limited reported that its 3-for-2 rights issue has secured applications for 136.37 million Rights Shares, representing 25.6% of the 532.23 million shares on offer. Consequently, 395.86 million Rights Shares—equivalent to 74.4% of the total—remain unsubscribed and will be offered to independent investors under compensatory placing arrangements.
Under the placing agreement signed on 26 May 2026 and supplemented on 7 August 2026, the appointed placing agent will seek buyers for the unsubscribed tranche on a best-effort basis between 9 October and 22 October 2026. Any premium achieved above the subscription price will be distributed to entitled shareholders on a pro-rata basis, provided the individual entitlement equals or exceeds HK$100; sums below this threshold will be retained by the company.
There were no non-qualifying shareholders on the record date, eliminating the possibility of NQS unsold shares. Harbour Digital plans to disclose the final results of the placing, together with the Net Gain per share, on 29 October 2026. Any Rights Shares that remain unplaced by the deadline will be cancelled, reducing the ultimate size of the capital‐raising exercise.
