2026年5月4日，归创通桥（02190）发布翌日披露报表，公司于当日通过香港联交所场内回购49,500股H股，占该次回购前现有已发行股本约0.0148%。每股回购价格介乎港币22.32元至23元，合计耗资约112.89万港元。
回购完成后，归创通桥的已发行股本数变更为327,505,613股，相应库藏股数增加至8,845,131股，公司总已发行股份数维持336,350,744股。本次回购基于2025年5月30日通过的购回授权，公司可在授权有效期内回购最多31,958,111股，迄今已合计回购6,025,500股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约1.8411%。
