【2025年度信息】
华润医疗控股有限公司披露，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度的经调整净利润介乎人民币4.67亿元至5.16亿元，相较2024年度约人民币5.66亿元的水平同比下降17.5%至8.9%。若剔除一次性收到的燕化IOT相关赔偿款项及对应的企业所得税后，经调整净利润下降幅度则达43.5%至37.6%。
公司方面指出，净利润下滑主要受到医保次均费用下降以及IOT（投资-运营-移交模式）业务规模缩减所致。与此同时，2025年下半年的收入及就诊人次较上半年环比均有所提升。2025年银行借款较2024年年末减少约人民币7.8亿元，有息负债率进一步下降，现金流充足。
【业务分项】
公司强调，在综合医院业务的基础上，积极推动智慧健康服务和健康管理业务。2025年健康管理收入较2024年有所上升，部分区域还探索了“家门口的医生”、“互联网+上门护理”等服务模式，拓展全周期智慧健康服务场景，为后续业务升级奠定基础。
