CHINA WATER (00855) announced that the term of office of its current auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), will expire at the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. Accordingly, PwC will retire at the AGM and will not seek reappointment. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Ernst & Young as the company's auditor upon PwC's retirement.
