城市酷选有限公司（股票代码：08050）于2026年1月5日披露截至2025年12月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，本月公司进行了资本重组，注册股本总額继续保持在港币2亿不变，面值由每股0.1港元调整为每股0.5港元。
本次资本重组前，公司法定注册股本为20亿股（每股面值0.1港元），相当于港币2亿元。重组后，注册股本变更为4亿股（每股面值0.5港元），总额仍为港币2亿元。已发行股份方面，于上月底结存为13.5625亿股，经此次将每五股合并为一股的方式，减少了约10.85亿股，至月末结存2.7125亿股。
