8月6日，辽宁港口股份有限公司（02880，以下简称“辽港股份”）发布最新公告称，截至公告日，公司在香港联交所上市并由公众持有的H股市值约为7.55亿港元，占公司该类已发行H股（不含库存股）总数的3.67%。该比例仍低于香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》第19A.28B(2)条规定的最低公众持股量要求。
辽港股份表示，正在积极研究多种提升公众持股量的方案，措施包括但不限于：推动主要股东向公众出售所持H股、向公众增发H股，以及回购后注销A股等。目前，受市场状况及操作可行性等因素影响，上述方案尚未最终确定。
公司已就相关事项向联交所咨询并获同意在过渡期内维持上市地位，同时需持续推进合规方案并按月披露进展。若公司仍未达到最低公众持股量要求，将继续根据《上市规则》第19A.28E条发布月度进展公告。
