木薯资源（00841）7月10日发布补充公告称，由于核数师尚未取得完成截至2026年3月31日止年度审计所需的若干确认函（包括银行及债务人/债权人确认函）及位于泰国和老挝的部分海外物业评估报告，公司未能于2026年6月30日公布年度业绩。
公司预计将在2026年7月13日刊发年度业绩公告，并已取得核数师同意。根据《上市规则》第13.50条，木薯资源股份已自2026年7月2日上午9时起在港交所暂停买卖，直至刊发上述业绩公告为止。
此前，公司已于2026年6月23日及7月3日分别发布可能延迟刊发年度业绩及暂停买卖的相关公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
