SOFTMEDX increases share capital by 16.30 million shares through scheme allotment

SoftMedx Healthcare Limited disclosed a post-trading update indicating the issuance of 16.30 million new ordinary shares on 1 April 2026 under a scheme allotment. The new shares were placed at HKD 0.01 each, expanding the company’s issued share capital by 0.77% versus the 2.13 billion shares outstanding as at 31 March 2026.

Following the transaction, total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 2.13 billion to 2.14 billion. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the event, and the filing confirms full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements.

Board authorisation, receipt of proceeds, and all statutory filings related to the share issuance have been completed, according to the company’s submission signed by Secretary Lam Sung Him Gaston.
