MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech (2160) Announces Extraordinary General Meeting and Share Consolidation Plan

MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation (Stock Code: 2160) has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for February 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at No. 501 Niudun Road, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New District, Shanghai, China. The primary matter for consideration is a proposal to consolidate every five issued and unissued existing shares of US$0.000005 each into one consolidated share of US$0.000025.

According to the notice, the consolidation is subject to the approval of the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and compliance with relevant requirements under the Listing Rules.
