Yibin City Commercial Bank (2596) Announces Board Composition and Committee Appointments

Yibin City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd* (Stock Code: 2596) released an update on its board of directors, listing executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive members. The board is chaired by Executive Director Xue Feng and includes four non-executive directors—Tian Tian, Zhao Gen, Zhang Xin, and Huang Chongying—along with four independent non-executive directors: Yao Liming, Yu Xiaoran, Xing Huayu, and Zhao Jingmei.

Seven committees have been established under the board. Xue Feng chairs the Strategy and Asset and Liability Management Committee and is a member of the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Committee. Notably, Yao Liming chairs the Internal Control and Compliance Committee, while Yu Xiaoran and Xing Huayu chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee, respectively. Zhao Jingmei serves in multiple roles, including chairing the Related Party Transactions Control Committee.

According to the announcement dated February 10, 2026, Yibin City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd* is not an authorized institution under the Banking Ordinance (Chapter 155 of the Laws of Hong Kong), is not subject to supervision by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and is not authorized to carry on banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
