该期债券由招商银行股份有限公司担任簿记管理人及主承销商，上海农村商业银行股份有限公司、渤海银行股份有限公司、中信银行股份有限公司担任联席主承销商。
此前，公司已获中国银行间市场交易商协会于2025年12月18日出具的《接受注册通知书》（中市协注〔2025〕MTN1249号），注册中期票据额度20亿元，注册有效期2年内可分期发行。本期3亿元的发行属于上述注册额度内的第二期发行。
