2026年2月5日，知乎（股份代号：2390）发布翌日披露报表，公告截至2026年2月4日的股份回购情况。此次回购涉及约93,840股A类普通股，占公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.035%。据披露，购回价格区间为每股1.12美元至1.1833美元，合计支付约108,852.8美元。
公司现有股份总数为269,862,884股，其中A类普通股254,416,106股，B类普通股15,446,778股。由于回购股份暂未予以注销，公司已发行股本保持不变。本次回购依据2025年6月25日股东大会通过的购回授权进行，授权总数为26,300,429股；截至本公告日，累计已回购1,725,741股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本总数约0.656%。
公告称，本次回购活动已遵循香港联交所上市规则及相关法律条款，符合授权范围。公告由公司秘书刘綺华签署。
