三和精化（00301）7月7日公告称，根据集团截至2026年5月31日止五个月未审计管理账目及现有财务资料，集团录得净利润不少于人民币250万元。相比之下，集团在截至2025年6月30日止六个月期间录得约人民币1,140万元净亏损。
公司指出，利润增长主要受以下因素推动：一是销售及分销开支以及行政开支减少；二是出售附属公司股权所获收益。基于上述情况，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月的业绩将实现扭亏为盈并录得利润增长。
公司表示，相关数据属于管理层根据未审计管理账目及现有资料作出的初步评估，尚未经过审核委员会审阅。集团计划于2026年8月下旬公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的正式业绩。
