China Sanjiang Chemical's subsidiary signs energy management deal with Jifeng Jishi

China Sanjiang Fine Chemicals Company Limited (02198) has announced that, following the market close on September 4, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Sanjiang Chemical entered into an energy management agreement with Jifeng Jishi, a connected person of the company, regarding energy storage facilities.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jifeng Jishi will invest in, construct, own, operate, and maintain the energy storage facilities, while Sanjiang Chemical will provide the site and grid connection, and will pay Jifeng Jishi its agreed share of the energy savings benefits. The energy management agreement took effect from the date of the announcement, with annual caps of RMB 8 million for each of the three fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, 2027, and 2028.
