IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) rose more than 5%, with the stock up 5.29% to HK$5.77 at the time of writing, recording a turnover of HK$8.9842 million.

On April 22, the company announced via its official social media account that its subsidiary, Yiming Kai'er, has successfully completed the enrollment of all participants in the multiple ascending dose study for its self-developed IMC-003/IMM72 project. The study targets the pulmonary arterial hypertension indication in healthy subjects.

This milestone represents a solid step forward in the clinical development of the IMC-003 program, laying an important foundation for evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics under repeated administration.

According to the introduction, IMC-003 possesses unique differentiated characteristics compared to existing drugs in its class. Its genetically engineered extracellular domain of the ActRIIA receptor enhances binding and blocking activity against the ligand Activin A, while also improving the homogeneity of the drug product.

In animal models of pulmonary arterial hypertension induced by Sugen5416-hypoxia and monocrotaline, IMC-003 demonstrated superior efficacy compared to existing similar drugs. Its high selectivity for Activin A suggests the potential for achieving good therapeutic effects at lower exposure levels in clinical applications, possibly reducing bleeding risks and exhibiting a better safety profile.
