On January 26, the Jiangxi office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration disclosed an administrative penalty notice.
Jiangxi Anyi Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., its Dinghu branch, and relevant responsible individuals were penalized due to inadequate loan management and insufficient management of employee conduct.
The bank and its Dinghu branch were collectively fined 650,000 yuan.
Liu Xiaowu was banned for life from working in the banking industry.
Xu Xiaojin and Huang Wei were issued warnings and fined a total of 120,000 yuan.
