PAN ASIA DATA H Appoints Mak Tin Sang as Independent Non-Executive Director

PAN ASIA DATA H (ASX: 01561) has announced a change to its board composition. Mr. Mak Tin Sang has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board.
In addition to his director role, Mr. Mak will assume the position of Chairman for both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He will also serve as a member of the Nomination Committee.
Concurrently, the company announced that Mr. So Ching Tung, an existing Independent Non-Executive Director, will step down from his roles as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee.
These board committee changes will take effect from July 10, 2026.
