江苏龙蟠科技集团股份有限公司（02465.HK）8月18日发布公告称，公司以10亿元人民币的闲置资金认购中国工商银行发行的低风险“人民币结构性存款”理财产品。该产品为保本保最低收益型，投资期限自2026年8月20日（含当日）至2026年9月3日（不含当日），共14天，预期年化收益率区间为0.65%／1.80%。\n\n根据公告，龙蟠科技及子公司此前于2026年7月3日、8月4日及8月7日已向工商银行累计认购理财产品240百万元，目前仍有240百万元尚未到期。本次新增10亿元投资与前次未到期余额合并计算后，相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成香港联交所上市规则第14章项下的须予披露交易，需履行通知及公告义务，惟可豁免股东批准。\n\n公司表示，本次认购旨在提高暂时闲置资金的使用效率，增加资金收益，不会动用全球发售、2025年H股配售或2026年H股配售所得款项，也不会影响集团的营运资金及日常运营。\n\n龙蟠科技主要从事磷酸铁锂正极材料及车用精细化学品的生产与销售，其A股在上海证券交易所上市（603906），H股在香港联交所主板上市（02465）。
