亨利加集团有限公司（港交所：03638）于2026年3月24日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在2026年1月29日至1月30日期间合计回购70,000股普通股，占已发行股本约0.09%。本次回购的价格区间为每股12.8港元至13港元，总涉资约90.6万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍维持77,423,775股，已回购股份尚待注销。
根据公告，股东大会已于2025年9月25日通过购回授权，可回购最多7,742,377股。截至目前，亨利加集团已根据该授权累计回购70,000股。公司确认上述股份购回已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则与相关法律条文。
