5月5日，香港主板上市公司中国环境资源（01130）发布公告称，其全资子公司国际富旭有限公司与独立第三方吴强先生及黄培华女士签订《租赁协议》，租赁香港九龙尖东科学馆道1号康宏广场北座5楼12室，作为集团在香港的主要办公室。租期自2026年5月5日至2029年5月4日，共三年。\n\n根据协议，2026年5月5日至同年6月15日为免租期；2026年6月16日至2028年5月4日期间的月租金为5.7万港元，2028年5月5日至2029年5月4日期间的月租金为5.985万港元，三年合计租金约200.83万元。租户需支付22.74万元现金按金，租金将由集团内部资源支付。\n\n依照香港财务报告准则第16号「租赁」，中国环境资源将在综合财务状况表中确认约185.00万元的使用权资产，该金额为三年期应付总租金现值的初步测算。\n\n董事会指出，本次新办公场地面积较现有总部更大，可满足运营需求并支持未来扩张。公司当前主要办公室租约将于2026年7月5日到期，因此提前锁定新址。董事会（包括独立非执行董事）认为，新租赁条款为一般商业条款，公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。\n\n由于本次交易的适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，按香港《上市规则》界定构成须予披露交易，需履行相应申报及公告义务。
