NIO's William Li Targets Over 15,000 ES8 Deliveries in December

At the 2025 Guangzhou International Auto Show, William Li, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of NIO Inc., announced that the ES8 has achieved a production milestone, delivering 10,000 units in just 41 days—setting a global record for large pure-electric SUV deliveries.
Li revealed that NIO aims to exceed 15,000 ES8 deliveries in December. "We are motivated to accelerate deliveries this year because the purchase tax subsidy will expire next year, and each vehicle delivered in 2025 will receive an additional subsidy of over 10,000 yuan. Boosting deliveries now is also crucial for our Q4 profitability," he explained.
