2026年4月1日，满贯集团控股有限公司（下称“公司”）发布截至2026年3月31日的月度报告。公告显示，公司本月股本结构及已发行股份数量无变化，股本维持稳定。
公司法定/注册股本为1亿港元（面值每股0.01港元），截至3月末仍保持在10,000,000,000股的法定股本水平。实际已发行股份总数维持在894,000,000股，当月未进行任何新发行、购回、注销或库存股变动。
公告同时显示，公司现有股份期权计划涉及80,000,000股普通股，但本月并无因行使期权而新增发行或转让库藏股的记录。公司确认，截至本月末公共持股量符合香港联交所对上市公司股权分布的相应规定。
本次月报由公司主席、执行董事兼行政总裁王嘉俊签署。公司表示，将持续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法规。
