此次股息分派的除净日为2026年7月14日，递交股份过户文件以获取股息分派的最后时限为7月15日16:30。公司将于7月16日至7月21日暂停办理股份过户登记手续，股权登记日为7月21日。股息派发日定于2026年8月14日。
根据公告，公司对不同股东类型设定了相应的代扣所得税安排。非中国内地登记地址的非个人居民，适用税率为10%或20%，具体视税收协定情况而定；非居民企业适用10%税率。对于通过沪港通、深港通投资H股的中国内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，适用税率为20%。内地企业投资者通过沪港通取得的股息红利所得，公司不代扣税款，由企业自行申报，其中连续持有H股满12个月的可依法免征企业所得税。
