港股异动丨煤炭股普涨，中国神华大股东启动千亿资产注入计划
周一，港股煤炭股集体上涨，其中，细价股汇力资源涨超9%，金马能源涨超7%录得7连升 ，中国秦发涨超2%，蒙古能源涨超3%，中国神华、南戈壁、兖煤澳大利亚、中煤能源涨超1%。
消息上，为了解决同业竞争问题，中国神华控股股东国家能源投资集团有限责任公司（简称“国家能源集团”）启动千亿级资产注入上市公司计划。此次交易后，预计将提升中国神华的煤炭资源战略储备与一体化运营能力，深化公司能源全产业链布局。
有分析指出，中国神华的收购标志着煤炭行业从“分散竞争”向“寡头垄断”过渡，具备资源、运输、资金优势的头部企业将通过并购进一步主导市场。神华作为“行业定价锚”，产能扩张后对长协煤价和市场煤价的影响力加强，或抑制煤价大幅波动。
