China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited has confirmed the pricing parameters for its 2026 interim scrip dividend. The market value of each scrip share is set at HK$1.30, based on the average closing price recorded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during the five-day period from 5–9 October 2026.

Eligible shareholders will receive new shares calculated by dividing the cash dividend entitlement—HK$0.03 per existing share—by the HK$1.30 reference price, with allocations rounded down to the nearest whole share. Any fractional entitlements will be retained by the company.

The newly issued scrip shares will rank pari passu with existing shares, except they will not participate in the 2026 interim dividend. Subject to Hong Kong Stock Exchange approval, share certificates and cash dividend cheques are scheduled for dispatch on 30 October 2026, and trading in the new scrip shares is targeted to commence on 2 November 2026.
