Xunce Shares Surge Over 8% During Session Following Strategic Alliance and 'Token Factory Alliance' Initiative

Xunce (03317) shares experienced a significant intraday surge, climbing more than 8%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 6.45% to HK$120.5, with a trading turnover of HK$152 million.

The upward movement follows a recent company announcement regarding a strategic memorandum of cooperation signed with Gechuang Dongzhi (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. Gechuang Dongzhi leverages over four decades of TCL's smart manufacturing expertise and ongoing industrial AI research to provide a comprehensive suite of autonomous, controllable industrial intelligent products and services, including industrial software, smart equipment, and AI platforms.

This partnership signifies the group's expansion of its data tokenization capabilities into the industrial smart manufacturing sector. The two companies will jointly explore innovative business models for data assetization and token-based billing within the manufacturing industry. They have also co-launched the "Token Factory Alliance" ecosystem for the industrial manufacturing field.

Utilizing Xunce's token operating system, the collaboration will investigate on-demand payment and settlement models using token pricing. These models will be applied to various scenarios, including industrial data processing, the frequency of large model AI agent calls, dynamic production scheduling algorithm calculations, and achievements in energy consumption reduction and carbon emission cuts.
