慧居科技(02481)宣布，在5月15日举行的股东周年大会上，包括2025年度利润分配方案在内的所有决议均获通过。董事会随后公布了末期股息的派发详情。
公司拟向全体股东派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股派0.170元人民币（含税）。其中H股股息将以港元支付，按股东周年大会宣派股息前一周中国外汇交易中心公布的中间价平均值计算，汇率为1港元兑人民币0.8742元，折算后每股H股末期股息为0.1945港元（含税）。
公司计划在2026年6月26日（星期五）或之前完成派付。为厘定有权收取股息的股东身份，股份过户登记将于2026年5月22日至5月28日（含首尾两日）暂停办理，权益登记日为5月28日。股东须在2026年5月21日下午4时30分前，将股票及过户文件送交H股证券登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司办理登记。
