数据库服务商Couchbase暴涨，获高溢价全现金收购
周五，数据库服务商Couchbase暴涨32%！科技投资机构Haveli Investments宣布以全现金交易收购Couchbase，总价约15亿美元。
根据收购方案，Couchbase股东将获得每股24.50美元的现金对价。这一报价较该公司3月27日收盘价存在67%的显著溢价，即便与6月18日最新收盘价相比，溢价幅度也达到29%，充分彰显收购方Haveli Investments对目标资产价值的认可。
Haveli Investments高级董事总经理Sumit Pande在声明中强调，在人工智能技术驱动企业IT架构变革的背景下，数据层作为支撑下一代AI应用的核心基础设施，其战略价值正与日俱增。他特别指出，Couchbase打造的创新型数据平台具备卓越的性能扩展能力，能够充分满足全球顶级企业用户对数据处理的高标准要求，这正是促成此次收购的关键考量。
