1月29日，贝壳港股涨超7%，截至发稿美股夜盘涨超6%，机构称26年开年二手房成交明显回弹。
广发证券发布研报称，二手市场量价稳定，对贝壳业绩表现具备正面影响。该行指出，26年开年二手认购成交明显回弹，1月前18天贝壳79城二手认购套数同比+33%，剔除贝壳市占增长因素，当前成交对应年化二手交易量8.6亿平，较25年上升24%，与24Q4年化8.4亿平相当，26年“小阳春”概率加大。
值得注意的是，贝壳近期频繁回购。1月26日，公司耗资约300万美元回购约49.77万股；1月23日，公司斥资300万美元回购49.2万股；1月22日，公司斥资约300万美元回购49.37万股；1月21日，公司斥资300万美元回购49.59万股；1月20日，公司斥资350万美元回购58.91万股。
