GLOBALSTRAT (08007) has announced that Mr. Liang Aowen will resign as an independent non-executive director effective October 24, 2025, to dedicate more time to pursuing other business commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Zeng Chengfeng and Ms. Zhai Weiya have been appointed as independent non-executive directors.
