中国工商银行股份有限公司（01398）7月10日公告称，其2026年无固定期限资本债券（第三期）（债券通）已在全国银行间债券市场完成发行。
本期债券于2026年7月8日簿记建档，7月10日正式发行，规模为人民币200亿元。债券前5年票面利率为1.89%，每5年调整一次，且自第5年起每个付息日附发行人有条件赎回权。
公告称，募集资金将依据适用法律及主管部门批准，用于补充工商银行其他一级资本。
截至公告披露之日，公司董事会成员包括执行董事廖林、刘珺、段红涛、王景武；非执行董事董阳、钟蔓桃、刘芳；独立非执行董事陈德霖、赫伯特•沃特、莫里•洪恩、陈关亭、李伟平、李金鸿。
